You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a Store credit. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your Store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Our handling time is up to 5-7 business days after ordering and Australia post can range from 2-6 business days after posting. Please allow approx. 9 – 13 business days for delivery.
All items are mailed with Express Post with signature on delivery via Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post is reporting delays with shipping for both domestic & international deliveries.
Any Items not available or delayed will be placed on back order and sent within two weeks or a refund/Store credit or replacement will be offered.
